Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Luxury Villa Design & Execution Lead. The individual will be responsible for leading the design and execution of luxury villa projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing design processes, coordinating with architects and contractors, overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining project timelines. The role also involves liaising with clients to ensure their vision and requirements are met while adhering to company standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of luxury villa design and construction processes
• Experience in project management and coordination with architects, contractors, and clients
• Skills in quality control and adherence to construction standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools is a plus
• Previous experience in high-end residential construction is highly desirable
