What you’ll be working on :

• Drive market expansion by proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, focusing on opening and developing new markets.
• Build and nurture a sales team capable of achieving outstanding results, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning strategies with overall company objectives.
• Act as a key advisor to the company on market insights, analyze sales data, and adapt strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing to ensure aligned and effective market penetration strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients, to enhance the company's reputation and facilitate business development.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for senior management, providing insights into market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities.
• Utilize CRM systems effectively for data management and strategic decision-making.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of sales team members, demonstrating commitment to team excellence.
• Travel as necessary to meet with partners, clients, and explore regional market opportunities to support expansion initiatives.
