This is a career-defining opportunity for a dynamic, inspirational, and commercially astute leader to take the helm of one of the region’s most prestigious retail locations. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader from the luxury fashion, fine jewellery, or high-end retail sectors, ideally from one of the top-tier global brands.
As Store Director, you will hold full strategic and operational responsibility for the boutique, leading with excellence, inspiring your team, and elevating the client experience to world-class standards. You will represent the essence of the brand, combining elegance, authority, and a refined commercial edge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Vision : Set and communicate a clear vision for the boutique, aligning with global brand strategy while driving local market excellence.
- Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, service-oriented team. Foster a collaborative, empowering culture that celebrates performance and continuous growth.
- Client Experience : Champion a personalised and anticipatory client journey. Build lasting relationships with VIP and UHNW clients, ensuring their experience is always elevated and intimate.
- Commercial Strategy : Own and drive all commercial KPIs – from sales performance to client acquisition and retention strategies. Be accountable for revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Brand Representation : Act as an ambassador for the brand at all levels – from boutique presence to regional events and collaborations.
- Operations Excellence : Oversee the seamless day-to-day management of boutique operations, inventory, clienteling tools, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
- Event & Partnership Management : Work closely with the regional marketing team to host high-profile events and develop partnerships that resonate with the local clientele.
Requirements :
Minimum 7+ years’ leadership experience in luxury retail, fine jewellery, or fashion — exclusively from a top-tier global luxury house.Proven experience managing high-profile stores or flagship boutiques in the GCC, preferably in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.Deep understanding of the regional luxury clientele, with an established network of UHNW clients.Highly polished communicator with a strong emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.Strong business acumen with a track record of exceeding commercial targets.Exceptional presence, confidence, and discretion, aligned with the standards of a global luxury Maison.Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply due to local market preferences.J-18808-Ljbffr
