Senior Chef de Partie Sushi

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Sushi Senior Chef de Partie to join our pre - opening team at KIGO in Dubai.

Requirements :

Proven experience in a high-end restaurant, specializing in sushi

Strong leadership and communication skills

Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Japanese is highly advantageous

Currently in Dubai or willing to relocate
