Job Title Sponsorship Sales Executive Healthcare Industry Location UAE Job Summary We are seeking a targetdriven Sponsorship Sales Executive with a strong background in the healthcare industry and an established network with medical professionals and associations The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sponsorship sales for healthcare events platforms and initiatives across the UAE This role requires a proactive individual with excellent relationshipbuilding skills and a deep understanding of the UAE healthcare market Key Responsibilities Promote and sell sponsorship packages for healthcarefocused events and initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors healthcare professionals and medical associations Leverage existing networks and create new connections within the healthcare industry Meet or exceed sales targets set by the team leader Utilize leads effectively and maintain a high conversion rate Conduct effective counseling and handle all queries with indepth product knowledge Customize sales pitches to align with customer needs and behavior Represent the brand professionally and create positive awareness among prospective clients Experience 25 years of experience in sponsorship sales media sales or a related role preferably in the healthcare industry Strong knowledge of medical terminology and an understanding of healthcare industry dynamics Prior experience in the UAE or Middle East market is highly desirable Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare or a related field Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills Strong relationshipbuilding abilities especially within the healthcare sector Indepth knowledge of the UAE market consumer trends and sponsorship opportunities Selfmotivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
