HR Assistant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance Support the recruitment process including job postings interview scheduling and onboarding coordination Handle daytoday employee inquiries related to HR policies benefits and procedures Process and track employee documentation such as contracts leave requests and performance appraisals Assist in organizing training programs workshops and teambuilding activities Prepare and update HRrelated reports such as attendance payroll inputs and compliance documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives Skills Familiarity with HR software and systems e g HRIS payroll systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word Excel PowerPoint A positive attitude and ability to work in a fastpaced environment 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills
