We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate or property development The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a reputable company demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets managing a highperforming sales team and fostering strong relationships with clients Key Responsibilities Lead manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to capture new markets and ensure growth Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts Prepare sales reports forecasts and budgets for senior management Ensure that all legal and regulatory guidelines are met during the sales process Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends and competitors
