Al Zairah Blinds LLCUnited Arab EmiratesBusiness Development Executive Job Location UAE Responsibilities Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the interior fitout sector Build and maintain strong relationships with architects interior designers contractors and other key stakeholders in the industry Collaborate with the design and project management teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients showcasing the companys capabilities and value proposition Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives Negotiate and finalize contracts ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients Provide regular reports on sales activities market trends and client feedback to the management team Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the interior fitout industry Indepth knowledge of interior fitout processes materials and industry trends Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead and sales management
