Damas Medical CenterUnited Arab EmiratesTele Sales Agent Job Location UAE Responsibilities Contacting potential customers or clients via phone to promote medical products or services Providing information about products or services including their features benefits and pricing Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or questions they may have Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and build customer loyalty Staying uptodate on industry trends and developments as well as the latest products and services offered by the company Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics set by the Medical Center Making sales pitches and closing deals over the phone Maintaining accurate records of calls leads and sales in a system Generating leads and identifying potential new customers Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products Requirements Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone Ability to learn about products and services and describe explain them to prospects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cooltempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints High school diploma BSc BA will be a plus Proficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of Tele sales practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills Superior listening verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately 13 years of experience in a healthcare sector as a Tele sales Agent or other sales customer service role
