Registered Nurse Operation Theater Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms with sterile equipment and supplies according to surgical requirements Assist surgeons during procedures by providing instruments and monitoring patient status Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques throughout procedures Monitor patients vitals and respond to emergencies during surgery Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety Manage postoperative care in the recovery room as required Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient care Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards Skills Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS Operating Room Nursing Certification CNOR is highly preferred Strong knowledge of surgical procedures instrumentation and aseptic techniques Proficiency in handling medical equipment used in the OT Minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative or operating theatre nursing Ability to stay composed and focused in highpressure situations Excellent teamwork organizational and communication skills Specialized perioperative nursing certification e g CNOR is highly preferred
