Job Summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of professional baking experience, be committed to maintaining high food quality standards, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery products.
• Ensure all baked items meet the company's quality and presentation standards.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in production.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and inform management of stock requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.
