United Precast Concrete LLCUnited Arab EmiratesURGENT HIRING Position HR Coordinator Company United Precast Concrete Dubai L L C Location Dubai Industrial City DIC Dubai UAE Availability Immediate or Short Notice About the Role We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Coordinator to join our growing team The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations and driving smooth organizational processes Key Responsibilities Support endtoend HR operations including recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR record management Maintain accurate confidential and uptodate employee files and HR documentation Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient HR workflows and compliance with company standards Assist in the implementation of HR policies procedures and best practices Manage recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview scheduling onboarding coordination and reporting Requirements 2 3 years of proven HR experience construction or industrial sector experience preferred Gulf experience particularly within the UAE is an advantage Strong communication coordination and organizational skills Proactive detailoriented and capable of working independently Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is highly preferred Proficiency in Hindi is required Must be available to join immediately
