Al Rostamani GroupUnited Arab EmiratesJob Purpose To ensure parts stock at optimum level as required for smooth operations of the business Job Responsibilities Generate orders and upload on OEM portals based on parts movement to ensure parts availability required to maintain maximum service level Analyse the exception reports on critical stocks lost sales excess stocks etc and take corrective action where necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stock obsolescence Control freight costs and Minimize emergency orders to ensure profitability Create article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system Oversees supply of parts requirement for all branches thereby ensuring sales and customer satisfaction Monitor parts non availability on a regular basis and take corrective actions to improve availability Monitor obsolete stock and propose plan activity to the management for liquidation of same Periodically analyze and update parts movement trends and categorize accordingly for reorder levels Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance of parts transport vehicles Negotiate with freight service providers in case of local GCC purchase of parts to ensure profitability Raise insurance claims for parts damaged during transit discrepanciesTrack shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time Arrange parts from our GCC suppliers in case of nonavailability to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure the documentation payment is in line as required by the principals to avoid delays in shipment Acts as required in the absence of department manager Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility Job Requirements Qualifications Diploma Bachelor Degree preferably in Supply Chain or Automotive industry Experience 5 years experience where 2 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry Knowledge Skills Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills Well organised effective plans in all situations Methodical approach for better inputs result oriented Can work under pressure with deadlines and able to work independently Sets and achieve highest work standard at all the times Good analytical skills and technical expertise EPC knowledge DMS Brio operating knowledge You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
