• 1-2Job locationUnited Arab Emirates## Opportunity descriptionMajid Al Futtaim offers a full-time opportunity for the position of content associate who will mainly work to manage the content of a specific category on the online platform. The role holder is accountable for developing, editing, and updating all the data and content on the online platform. The Content Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring specific product, promotional, and informational content is presented and published to optimize the online customer experience.## Duties & responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for :
• Develop and ensure implementation of online content for specific categories for the online platform.
• Produce content for online platforms to ensure published products include descriptions, price, scheduled delivery, origin, and ingredients.
• Ensure all content for the respective category on the online platform is updated, relevant, and published in a timely manner.
• Manage the online presence of product categories and associated promotional campaigns and provide insights to management for existing and prospective customers.
• Review and update the content developed prior to publication on digital channels to ensure consistency and accuracy of the content designed.
• Develop an understanding of the various target audiences for promotional initiatives and tailor the content and communication style based on customer segmentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 2-4 years of experience in website content creation and management.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
