IIQAF Group of CompaniesUnited Arab EmiratesTraining And Development Coordinator Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Develop tailored training programs to meet the needs of employees at all levels Coordinate and deliver engaging training sessions workshops and seminars Evaluate employee skills through surveys feedback and performance assessments Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and uptodate training materials Analyze the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements Maintain accurate records of employee training and development Essential Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Training and Development or a related field Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
