الوصف الوظيفيAssist the Offshore Construction Manager with regard to interdisciplinary coordination of all works on board Supervise the team of foremen and supervisors, with regard to the various disciplines / categories of construction and Coordinate the construction activities during the shift and optimise all production phases Ensure that the Offshore Construction Manager is kept fully informed of potential problems and construction status Liaise with Chief Mate, 2nd Engineer and Vessel Equipment Engineer in order to ensure preventive maintenance and Liaise with subcontractors' supervisors to optimize production Solve matters related to coordination, priority and interface between the different disciplines in order to meet the scopes of Ensure that the Permit-to-Work system for construction crew is adhered to and ensures that the daily Tool Box Talks and Motivate all construction crew / subcontractors with regards to health, safety and environment awareness Ensure the compliance with the standards dictated by Saipem QHSE policies and safety procedures, in order to perform the Report incidents and near-miss events Manage the Crane operations, including coordination with the Chief Mate for main crane movements on board, ROV Assist marine operations if required Provide a construction report at the end of each shift Assist the Vessel Field Engineer in the follow up of project equipment and consumable, operation and monitoring of the Ensure the rigging gear used is within date and properly marked Report to the Offshore Construction Manager

Experience in shore pull of pipelines is an advantage

- Coordinate work and manpower on board for the assigned shift in compliance with Project specification, in order to ensure
efficient performance and respecting HSE and Quality procedures and practices
Tasks
assembly work, in order to comply with the quality and safety standard
