Apt Resources is pleased to present an opportunity for a Pool Attendant at a luxurious resort on the Red Sea. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience while using the pool facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring pool activities, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness around the pool area.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and ensure they have all necessary amenities for their pool experience
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to resort policies
- Assist and support guests with any inquiries or needs during their stay
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, lounge chairs, and surrounding areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, drinks, or food
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Provide information on pool activities and hotel amenities as needed
