Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive

Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion.,Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver compelling presentations to clients. Track and report on sales metrics, ensuring goals and milestones are consistently met.

Qualification Required for Business Development Executive

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in business development, preferably in the outsourcing industry. Strong understanding of outsourcing services such as IT, BPO, customer support, or HR solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
