Ideal candidate would have worked on large-scale Residential Developments (mid-rise to high-rise apartments and Mixed Use).

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned scopes across planning, procurement, and construction phases of major residential developments. The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery, working under the direction of the Project Lead.

Design & Planning Support

• Coordinate consultant deliverables to ensure alignment with project brief and authority requirements
• Manage design review cycles and ensure technical coordination across disciplines
• Support value engineering efforts

Procurement & Package Management

Construction Supervision

Programme & Risk Monitoring

Handover Preparation
