Residential Development Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established property developer in Dubai and take full control of their modern, luxury projects. Responsibilities in this role will include

• Complete project management and oversight
• Taking a proactive approach, utilising your contacts and experience to minimise delays and bottlenecks to ensure timely final project delivery
• Coordinate with master developers, consultants, brokers, contractors, and internal departments
• Development of the project timeline and monitoring of the budget on a weekly basis
• Interactions with the relevant UAE and city resource authorities
• Management of a small project team
