Who You Are

You are an experienced engineer with 8-10 years of expertise in full-stack development, ready to step into a key leadership role. You are passionate about driving major architectural changes, mentoring teams, and taking ownership of mission-critical systems. You have a proven track record in building high-volume platforms and delivering end-to-end solutions, from concept to deployment.

What You Will Do

• Hands-On Development : Contribute 80% of your time to the codebase, building high-volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies.
• Full Ownership : Take responsibility for mission-critical systems and manage projects end-to-end, starting with data discovery, design, implementation, and deployment.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, with the potential to grow the team based on project needs.
• Prototyping & Product Development : Collaborate with product and design teams to develop customer-centric prototypes and shape product direction.
• Cross-Functional Engagement : Work across front-end and back-end areas as required, proactively communicating progress and learnings to your team and senior leadership.
