Account Executive

The Account Executive will focus on finance on tasks related to a specific business unit and oversee the company's financial operations and reporting for the entities in UAE and KSA.

The role will assist in many aspects of the financial operation of a business, ensuring that records across financial departments are accurate and office work is handled properly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processing of invoices for maintenance SaaS and hardware to debtors and recharge intercompany, including checking invoices for accuracy, identifying and resolving problems, and entering data into Navision and Zoho Books.
• Processing of recharge invoices related to projects to customers, including gathering all the supporting documents to attach to the invoice.
• Prepare maintenance contracts for hardware / software SaaS.
• Manage revenue & cost matching for projects.
• Follow up on supporting documents from operations for revenue recognition.
• Prepare Purchase Orders for goods related to the project.
• Receive inventory from overseas and liaise with forwarders / local couriers to send the goods to customers.
• Record invoices from vendors in Navision, prepare payments in bank, and record the payment to vendors in NAV.
• Record all daily payments & receipts, petty cash, and general journals.
• Review and approve all staff expenses claims monthly and complete postings in Navision (accounting systems).
• Send intercompany balances to subsidiary / related companies quarterly and prepare intercompany transactions & balance schedules for quarterly reports.
• Maintain Balance Sheet account reconciliation related to Bank AR AP Sales & Cost, i.e., Account Receivable, Deferred Cost, Software Subscription, Reimbursable Expense account, Deferred Revenue HW SW Services, and other related accounts.
• Share responsibility for Statutory Audit.
• Perform office duties including filing, archiving, and photocopying when necessary.
• Communicate problems to the appropriate Manager.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Perform other duties as requested or deemed appropriate.
