Overview

Job Title : Head of Awareness and Participation Department

Location : UAE

Responsibilities

• Leading the coordination of campaigns and awareness programs and ensuring that the media messages are in line with the approved goals and strategy of the ministry.
• Managing the preparation of the annual calendar for local and international events and forums, and setting priorities for participation based on targeted impact and the ministry's needs.
• Proposing memoranda of understanding and international agreements in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant authorities to ensure their alignment with national policies.
• Representing the ministry at regional and international conferences and exhibitions and enhancing relations with relevant organizations.
• Stimulating awareness of programs and initiatives through innovative activities targeting diverse population segments to increase the level of community participation.
• Identifying key stakeholders and organizing workshops for discussion and conducting periodic surveys to enhance community engagement and interaction.
• Creating a comprehensive database for beneficiaries and partners and updating it regularly to ensure data accuracy and meet decision-making needs.
• Monitoring and analyzing interactions and feedback periodically and providing analytical reports that include recommendations and areas for improvements.
