Responsibilities :

Market Research & Insights

  • Produce regular research reports and market updates on crypto trends, token movements, macroeconomic factors, and trading opportunities.
  • Respond quickly to major market events with timely and insightful commentary.
  • Analyze on-chain and derivatives data to identify key insights for traders and investors.
  • Maintain an up-to-date research calendar aligned with product, marketing, and business needs.

Thought Leadership & Brand Building

  • Develop research pieces that position Bybit as a trusted source of crypto information.
  • Collaborate with leadership to publish strategic viewpoints, macro outlooks, and special reports.
  • Support external visibility through articles, whitepapers, and media interviews where relevant.
  • Work with Content, Product Marketing, and Social Media teams to adapt research for various channels.
  • Ensure research materials meet regulatory guidelines in collaboration with Compliance and Legal teams.

    • Process & Team Management

  • Build and manage systems for research production, review, and distribution.
  • Track performance and impact of research output (e.g., readership, engagement).

    • Qualifications and Attributes :

    Experience & Expertise

  • 7–10 years in crypto / financial research, investment analysis, or market strategy, preferably in a trading or institutional environment.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, derivatives, macro trends, and on-chain analytics.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality research and insights under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with both retail and institutional stakeholders is a plus.

    • Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Deep analytical skills with proficiency in tools like TradingView, Dune Analytics, Glassnode, Nansen, or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of economic indicators, trading structures, tokenomics, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
  • Familiarity with publishing platforms, research design tools (e.g., Notion, Canva, Tableau), and SEO / report distribution channels.
