Job Title : Resident Engineer

ICON are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Resident Engineer (RE) to oversee and manage a cycle track and landscape construction project in the Al Dhafra region of Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure projects, particularly cycle tracks, roads, and landscape and must be familiar with Abu Dhabi's regulations and construction standards. This role requires a professional with strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the cycle track and landscape project to ensure successful execution in alignment with the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure that construction practices and materials comply with relevant Abu Dhabi standards, project specifications, and quality assurance protocols.
• Lead and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Regularly assess project progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates to project managers and clients.
• Address and resolve any challenges that arise during construction, coordinating with design and engineering teams as needed.
• Act as the primary on-site representative, liaising with clients, authorities, and other relevant entities to ensure clear and effective communication.
