Job Description :

As an Offplan Sales Consultant, your role will involve promoting and selling off-plan properties to prospective buyers. You will work closely with developers, investors, and buyers to understand their needs and ensure they have the best property investment options.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users.
• Build relationships with developers and keep clients updated on project progress.
• Guide clients through the off-plan sales process and assist in decision-making.
• Attend property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
• Negotiate offers and close deals.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of off-plan projects.
