As the first point of contact, the Hostess plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. Responsible for managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest relations, the Hostess represents the brand values of RIKAS Hospitality Group with elegance, warmth, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a smile and a warm, festive welcome.
• Manage the reservation system and coordinate table assignments efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and keep guests informed of wait times.
• Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing them to their server when appropriate.
• Handle guest inquiries, accommodate special requests, and manage difficult situations gracefully.
• Support the overall ambiance of the restaurant with a positive and engaging presence.
• Ensure the entrance, host stand, and front-of-house areas remain clean and organized.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Upsell special events, menu highlights, or promotions in line with the restaurant’s festive theme.
