QC Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction projects meet industry standards and client specifications by implementing robust quality control procedures and conducting thorough inspections. Responsibilities : - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and construction processes. - Identify non-conformities and collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Document inspection results and prepare comprehensive quality reports. - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards. - Provide training and guidance to construction personnel on quality control practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Proven experience as a QC Engineer in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with relevant quality and safety regulations.
