Electrical Technician

Age Limit : Up to 35 years

Experience : Minimum 10 years

Preferred Field : Food and Beverage Industries

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide electrical maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns for all machines on beverage lines and injection lines.
• Have extensive experience with PLC and classic control systems.
• Plan, estimate, and execute electrical jobs and projects.
• Read and interpret various types of electrical circuits and schematics.
• Lead and direct preventive / predictive maintenance programs to minimize unscheduled downtime and maximize equipment availability, extending equipment life.
• Identify electrical spare parts requirements for all machinery on the production lines.
• Define procedures for maintenance, installation, modification, and repair of electrical systems.
• Provide basic training for machine operators on electrical systems and safety.
• In-depth knowledge of beverage production line machinery, particularly Sidel, KHS, or Krones lines.
