Overview

The Company

Globe 24-7 in partnership with a key client are working together to source an experienced and qualified Communications Manager for their team in Abu Dhabi. We’re looking for a candidate ideally with a background in the mining sector or energy or who has worked in agencies who have handled communications for mining or energy clients .

Key areas of expertise should include communications strategy, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, external communications, and team management.

Responsibilities

• 1. Strategic Communication Leadership

Develop and implement a cohesive communication strategy tailored to complex, multi-market operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media.

Oversee the creation of engaging content for internal and external platforms (e.g., reports, speeches, newsletters, digital channels).

Manage communications with key stakeholders including government entities, community groups, partners, and employees.

Strengthen internal communication channels to promote alignment, transparency, and employee engagement across field sites and corporate offices.
