Role Responsibilities

• Review assessment commentary and approve master plan design deliverables across all stages (Vision, PCMP, Framework, CMP, DMP).
• Liaise with Authorities to ensure expeditious approvals.
• Develop RFPs and brief design strategies for master plan projects.
• Create land use datasets considering various land use types, traffic networks, open spaces, and current development trends.
• Understand land use and product potential, including revenue-generating aspects.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure multidisciplinary integration (feasibility, architecture, infrastructure).
• Manage in-house design teams and deliver master plan feasibility projects aligned with management expectations.
• Review master plan deliverables, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Municipality and Transportation (DMT) requirements.
• Engage with relevant departments for procurement, marketing, and sales; coordinate internal test fits.
• Collaborate with consultants to analyze land use projects, recommend sector splits, and review submissions for alignment with project briefs.
• Present master plans to senior management and leadership as needed.
