Ideal Candidate

The Client is seeking the Country Manager for UAE who will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing a multilevel sales network including area managers and technical sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product positioning within existing and potential leads.
• Define and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert leads into prospects and customers in close collaboration with the Marketing Department.
• Conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies to achieve budget targets, maximize revenues, and drive upselling and customer loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the UAE sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dubai branch, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
• Implement company directives and commercial development plans, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
