Job Summary :

Manages individual treatment in assigned area, ensuring high standards of care are provided.

Responsibilities :

• Implement and review care provided to patients in an organized manner.
• Address the physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Follow established Nursing Department policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update patient documentation and medical records according to hospital policies.
• Ensure the confidentiality of patient records.
• Administer medications as per doctor's orders.
• Assist in patient recovery and discharge planning.
• Follow reporting protocols within the Nursing Division.
• Take responsibility for professional medical practice and participate in ongoing education.
• Attend ward / unit meetings and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Demonstrate CPR skills and knowledge of fire and safety protocols.
• Maintain patient privacy and ensure infection control standards are met.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as Bronchoscopy and PFT.
• Keep records of MSDS and HAZMAT in coordination with the FMS team.
• Comply with international standards, DHA guidelines, and Joint Commission International standards.
