Head Waiter

Overview

Daikan Ramen, Al Ain, is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter to oversee front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional service to our guests. You will lead the waitstaff team while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Leadership : Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff, providing guidance and training to maintain a cohesive team environment.
• Service Excellence : Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service throughout the restaurant, directly interacting with guests to address their needs and preferences.
• Order Management : Assist in taking and processing customer orders accurately, ensuring all requests are met in a timely manner.
• Menu Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including special promotions, and provide recommendations to both staff and guests.
• Problem Solving : Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Kitchen Staff : Liaise effectively with kitchen personnel to ensure seamless coordination of service and timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Training and Development : Assist in training new waitstaff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
• Health and Safety : Uphold health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe and sanitary dining atmosphere for guests and staff alike.
