What You Will Do

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including reviewing supplier accounts, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for external audits, coordinating with auditors and addressing issues identified.
• Ensure compliance with corporate tax regulations, creating necessary files and preparing preliminary trial reports in anticipation of implementation.
• Oversee VAT compliance, including tracking, recording, and reporting VAT-related transactions and timely submission of VAT returns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, local affiliate management, and external consultants to support financial operations and reporting.
• Maintain clear documentation for all financial processes, providing transparent audit trails and regular progress reports to management.
