We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the facade lighting industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and prior fieldwork experience. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, building relationships with architects, consultants, and builders, and promoting our innovative facade lighting solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of field sales / marketing experience (facade / lighting / construction industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical concepts related to lighting and architecture
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing basics is a plus
