As Front Office Receptionist, We Rely On You To :

• Be well versed with the daily arrival and the type of arrival guests, e.g., return guest, Shangri-La Circle, VIP.
• Register all guests with required details and ensure all amenities are in room prior to guest arrival.
• Always take the opportunity to exceed guest expectations.
• Coordinate with the Bell desk and Concierge to assist guests with luggage upon check-in and checkout.
• Check-in / check-out guests as per Shangri-La standards and procedures.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the reception.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer and forward incoming phone calls as required.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail / deliveries.
