Vibe Master – Marketing and Ops Automation
We are hiring a Vibe Master to build and run the internal tools, automations, and digital assets that power our brokerage platform and marketing operations.
You’ll own everything from data pipelines and performance dashboards to highly automated workflow solutions, to low-code / no-code websites / landing pages – creating a smarter, faster, self-improving growth engine.
This is a builder-operator role for someone who can turn complex processes into seamless, automated systems.
This role is based in UAE, but open to exceptional candidates globally on a remote basis.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design data pipelines that integrate CRM, marketing channels, listing platforms, and custom sources.
- Automate analytics and self-serve dashboards that surface real-time market and performance insights.
- Build a unified business database that feeds directly into AI agents and decision engines.
- Deploy and tune multi-agent AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute tasks across marketing, operations, and client services.
- Build conversational and action-oriented agents (e.g. a Listing Launch Agent that books photographers, drafts descriptions, and triggers marketing) that continuously improve from feedback and data.
- Integrate LLMs, image-generation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to create dynamic property intelligence and client-ready reports.
- Orchestrate end-to-end property lifecycle automations—from lead capture to sold—powered by smart triggers and AI reasoning.
- Build multi-channel follow-up and lead-nurturing automations across WhatsApp, email, and social DMs.
- Streamline marketing attribution and growth reporting so performance data is actionable and always current.
- Use low-code / no-code platforms to launch pages fast, run A / B experiments, and pipe real-time data into listings and personalized content.
- Integrate AI search, chat, and recommendation features to make every page an intelligent sales asset.
- Rapidly prototype and test new AI-powered marketing experiences and client tools.
- Build dashboards and utilities that capture “voice of the customer” signals and surface opportunities for agents.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership to spot bottlenecks and design scalable, automated solutions.
- Document and share playbooks so systems can be replicated and extended across new brokerages.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
SQL / database chops and API / webhook skills to integrate and automate data at scale.Proven track record of rapidly prototyping and shipping internal tools, websites, and automations.
