Job Description
- Lead and manage the entire sales department, including off-plan and secondary market teams
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, forecasting, and performance goals
- Recruit, train, and mentor top-performing agents and team leaders
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and drive campaign success
- Monitor KPIs, provide regular reporting to senior management / CEO
- Build and maintain relationships with key developers, brokers, and clients
- Oversee CRM and sales funnel management for improved conversion rates
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and uphold company standards
- Represent the company at networking events, expos, and client meetings
- Proven experience (7+ years) in Dubai real estate, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan and luxury segments
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding high-volume sales targets
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Business, or related field); MBA / RERA certification preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Property Finder tools, etc.)
