Role Description
The Pre-Sales School Outreach – Middle East role is a remote position focused on building strong relationships with schools, educators, and administrators across the Middle East. You will pitch LWL’s educational programs, generate leads, and support the sales team in converting interest into partnerships.
This role requires someone with existing school contacts in the Middle East and the ability to independently manage outreach and relationship-building.
Work Mode : Remote (Middle East-based only)
Salary : AED 4,000 per month
Requirement : Candidate must have their own visa
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential partner schools in the Middle East.
- Leverage existing school contacts and relationships to drive outreach.
- Connect with schools through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to introduce LWL programs.
- Deliver impactful online presentations and pitches to educators and school leaders.
- Convert initial school interest into qualified leads and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, maintain CRM records, and report outreach activities.
- Support in organizing virtual LWL events, workshops, and promotional campaigns for schools.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 2–5 years in outreach, sales, or partnerships, with prior experience and contacts in Middle East schools (essential).Education : Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.Digital Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software, and comfort with AI tools.Organization : Strong time management and ability to coordinate across global time zones.Adaptability : Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results remotely.Passion : Strong interest in empowering students to explore opportunities and achieve their potential.Visa : Must have an independent / own visa to be eligible for this role.How to Apply
