Job Title : Regional Sales Manager – HealthTech (Enterprise Software)
Working Days : Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Salary : Up to AED 20,000 + Commissions
Department : Business Development / Sales
Reports to : Director of Sales or Head of Business Development
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager with deep expertise in enterprise software sales within the healthcare industry . This role will focus on expanding our footprint across UAE, KSA, and the GCC region , working closely with hospitals, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationships at the CxO level , a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, and a proven track record in closing large, complex technology deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital leadership (CEO, CIO, CMIO).
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand their strategic needs and propose tailored solutions.
Healthcare Market Strategy
Monitor GCC healthcare market trends and adapt go-to-market strategies accordingly.Share insights on HealthTech innovations like EHR / EMR, telehealth, AI diagnostics, and health data platforms.Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.Forecast and report on regional sales performance.Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure solution alignment and customer satisfaction.Provide feedback to enhance product-market fit across GCC healthcare systems.Lead enterprise contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership structuring.Develop and execute market-entry strategies for untapped healthcare segments in the GCC.Proven enterprise software sales success in healthcare (HealthTech, MedTech, SaaS)Strong network of CxO-level contacts in hospitals across UAE, KSA, and GCCUnderstanding of hospital operations, EHRs, telehealth, and digital transformationExcellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsStrategic mindset with the ability to close long-cycle B2B dealsPreferred Experience
5–8 years in sales or business development in HealthTech or enterprise SaaSExperience selling into hospitals, ministries of health, or insurance companiesFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (DHA, MOH, HIPAA, GDPR)Previous regional role covering multiple GCC marketsWhy Join Us?
