Duty Manager
Responsibilities
- Supervise property operations, particularly at the Front Office, ensuring alignment with
Jumeirah service standards and property strategy.
Monitor service quality across all operations, ensuring adherence to approvedprocedures and implementing corrective actions when necessary to uphold guest service
standards.
Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure availability and compliance with operationalstandards, supporting guest satisfaction.
Address guest complaints promptly, coordinating corrective actions to maintainconsistent quality customer experiences.
Coordinate departmental activities and facilitate effective communication to enhancecooperation among departments for high-quality service delivery.
Monitor personnel behavior and appearance, ensuring adherence to SBU standards andprocedures to deliver professional services.
Respond promptly to emergencies such as power outages or equipment breakdowns toprevent operational disruptions and maintain guest services.
Report incidents, accidents, and issues comprehensively to supervisors and updaterecords to facilitate business continuity improvements.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment management procedures toprovide world-class hospitality services.
Qualifications
Luxury hospitality experience in a similar role.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or relevant field from an accredited and renowned university.3-5 years of experience in a position of direct responsibility in Guest Services, Public Relations, or Front Office supervision within international luxury hospitality.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, creativity, project management skills, and attention to detail.Benefits
