Senior DPO / Chief Officer

الوصف الوظيفيHigh School Diploma Full and unlimited DP certificates Minimum of 4 years of experience on DP vessels. Good English communication skills. Good knowledge of safe practices related to DP operation.
Job Description
- Responsible for operating the DP system as per operation requirements.
- Responsible for the continual on-duty scheme in the DP control room.
- Ensure that all DP system data are recorded.
- Carry out the setup of the DP system operating parameters.
- Assist in performing maintenance on DP equipment.
- Carry out frequent inspections on DP system sensors, computers, and references.
- Should be familiar with and implement IMCA requirements related to the DP system.
- Responsible for ensuring that the JDPO is well trained and capable of handling the DP system.
