Job Overview :

As the Performance Marketing Specialist youll own and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads drive conversions and improve customer acquisition. Youll be responsible for developing executing and analysing paid campaigns that directly contribute to our growth objectives. This role requires a data-driven mindset a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.

What Youll Be Doing

• Plan execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns with laser precision
• Set up tracking (UTM Google Analytics HubSpot) to ensure every click lead and conversion is measured
• Build and refine customer outreach funnels using outbound tools like Apollo Instantly or Lemlist
• Collaborate on landing page CRO A / B testing and retargeting strategy

Launch and iterate on rapid growth experiments (viral loops mini-campaigns PLG tactics)
