About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketing Lead / Manager to take charge of paid media acquisition across multiple channels. Based in our Dubai HQ, this is a key position within our global marketing function responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality leads into our international sales funnel.

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Owning and optimising all paid media activity across :
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)LinkedIn AdsApp-store & mobile-specific paid campaignsManaging a large multi-market budget with daily optimisation across campaignsPlanning and executing campaigns that drive both lead generation and app engagement / downloadsBuilding and iterating on audience targeting strategies across markets and servicesCollaborating with the Head of Creative and Content Manager to produce effective ad assetsDeveloping and maintaining campaign reporting dashboards using platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and analytics toolsMonitoring lead quality and pipeline conversion in partnership with the sales teamKeeping up with algorithm changes, ad formats, platform updates, and new acquisition strategiesA / B testing landing pages and working with the Marketing Ops team on funnel optimisationWhat Youll Bring
Must-Have :
35 years of hands-on paid media experience across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and mobile / app campaignsStrong grasp of campaign structure, budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance analysisFamiliarity with lead generation KPIs CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, etc.Experience managing paid campaigns in multiple geographies and adjusting for local nuancesSolid Excel / Google Sheets and data skillsA critical mind not just pushing buttons, but thinking strategicallyTeam-first mentality, willing to collaborate and challenge constructivelyHigh energy, hard-working, and committed to resultsBonus :
