Our client is scaling fast in the UAE, with a portfolio anchored in food and frozen products. They need a Warehouse Manager who can move beyond firefighting and bring structure, compliance, and growth-ready discipline.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, storage, and outbound.
• Ensure cold chain compliance, shelf-life control, and food safety standards.
• Build SOPs and reporting systems fit for wholesale, HoReCa, and modern trade clients.
• Manage inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and coach a small but growing team, upgrading processes as the business scales.
• Work hand-in-glove with sales, procurement, and logistics for smooth order fulfilment.
