Job Title - Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making, ensure transparency, and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboarding

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel , Power BI , and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation .
• Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports , including variance analyses and forecasting summaries .
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules .
• Monitor Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations.
• Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations .
• Maintain a structured repository of historical reports , change logs , and audit trails .
• Present findings to project managers , senior leadership , and external stakeholders .
• Support project reviews , audits , and Stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.
