Job Title : Project Engineer

To lead the development and delivery of integrated Department reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making ensure transparency and maintain alignment with Client reporting standards and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project dashboards using Excel Power BI and AI-assisted tools for enhanced visualization and automation.
• Consolidate data from different stakeholders to produce integrated and actionable reports.
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports including variance analyses and forecasting summaries .
• Collaborate with Planning & Governance Team to ensure reported progress aligns with baseline schedules .
• Monitor Resource Planning and perform root cause analysis for deviations.
• Ensure all reports comply with Client standards and contractual obligations .
• Maintain a structured repository of historical reports change logs and audit trails .
• Present findings to project managers senior leadership and external stakeholders .
• Support project reviews audits and Stakeholder meetings with tailored reporting packages.
