Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive (Interior Fit-Out) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the interior fit-out sector. This role requires close collaboration with our design and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior fit-out and joinery industry.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Arrange meetings with clients, build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the team to meet project timelines and gather client feedback.
- Invoicing and follow-up with clients related to that.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the interior fit-out and joinery industry.Strong knowledge of market trends, client expectations, and industry standards.Excellent negotiation, contract management, and closing skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
