Were looking for an experienced General Manager to launch and lead our new 3 Fils Restaurant branch in Dubai a brand known for innovation, authenticity, and award-winning culinary excellence.

About the Role :

As General Manager, youll be responsible for end-to-end operations , team leadership , guest satisfaction , and P&L accountability . You will champion our brand values while ensuring seamless service, high team morale, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day operations of the new restaurant to ensure a world-class guest experience
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing front and back-of-house team
• Oversee quality control, hygiene standards, and food safety compliance
• Implement operational strategies aligned with brand vision and SOPs
• Drive revenue, profitability, and manage budgets, costs, and forecasts
• Maintain vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory management
• Handle guest feedback and ensure service recovery where needed
• Monitor KPIs, service standards, and regularly report performance metrics to the Head Office
• Coordinate marketing, events, and customer engagement initiatives
